Chocolate and Peanut Butter Fudge RECIPE
Chocolate Layer (Bottom)
1 cup almond flour
2TB Brain Sustain Chocolate Powder
2TB Organic Maple Syrup
1 TB Organic Coconut Oil
Peanut Butter (Middle Layer)
3/4 cup of fresh made peanut butter (available at Wholefoods or make your own from organic peanuts in a food processor.)
2TB Maple Syrup or more to taste
1TB Coconut Oil
Chocolate Layer (Top Layer)
1/2 cup Brain Sustain Chocolate Powder
1/3 cup melted coconut oil
3 to 4 TB maple syrup
Mix the first layer together and press into a lined pan and place in freezer to set for about 15 minutes.
Next stir up the Peanut Butter mixture and add this on top of the bottom layer and put it back in freezer to set for about 5-10 minutes.
Add on the final Brain Sustain Chocolate Mixture and set a few more minutes. Once it is hard and set it can be wrapped up and kept in the frig!
