Here is my professional recommendations:
1. Switch to non-rice baby cereals
2. Avoid brown rice syrup as a sweetener
3. Limit certain fruit juices to a maximum of one-half to one cup per day
4. Do not use rice milk as a dairy substitute for cow's milk
If you're preparing rice, rinse it thououghly. Boil brown rice in a lot of water (as you do with pasta).
