I teach patients relentlessly to consume only organic produce because pesticides block acetylcholine which is a critically needed chemical in your brain and when this happens your brain will not work. There is no way to fight Monsanto except for not purchasing products that have chemicals sprayed all over them and placed within the seed itself. Your best defense is to eat certified organic, non-gmo, hormone and antibiotic free, grass fed/finished and kosher. Purchase as much insurance with "labeling" as you can.
