Brain Boost Shake
1 tsp of Pure Encapsulationlemon flavor cod liver oil  (great for kids!) 
1/2 tsp Designs For Health Brain Vitale powder
1 scoop Designs For Health Strawberry PaleoMeal
1/2 cup frozen berries
4-8 oz pure, filtered water
Blend in Vitamix and enjoy!

Detox Shake
1 TB  MSM
1TB Greens
1-2 scoops Strawberry Paleo Meal
1 tsp Taurine Powder
1-3 TB freshly ground flaxseeds
4-8 oz. pure filtered water
Blend in Vitamix and enjoy

Watermelon Bliss
Bowl of organic watermelon pieces (shave off only outer green layer, use white parts & seeds)
Fill blender with chunks of watermelon
 Blend. Try using no water. You will need to work the melon down into the blade using a tamper.
 Drink.

Chocolate Blackberry
1/2 pint organic blackberries
1 organic banana
12 raw organic cacao beans
1 T (heaping) organic mesquite
2 c filtered water
1 T certified organic agave nectar

Blend all ingredients. One trick with cacao beans is to blend with half the liquid until the beans are blended then add the rest of the liquid and blend again (and/or some ice for a icy smoothie).

Detox Almond Smoothie
1 scoop of PaleoCleanse
1/2 Banana
1 handful of organic greens
1/2 cup almond butter
1 TB coconut oil
1/2 cup of ice
1 cup of nut milk ( coconut, almond, sunflower) 
Blend and enjoy!


Clear Vision

1/2 cup kale
1/2 avocado
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup of ice
1 1/2 cup of nut milk
optional Honey to taste

3 c organic grapes with seeds
1 organic orange, peeled
1/4 c cayenne
1 1/2 c filtered water
1 t MSM powder (or 2)
Blend all ingredients well
