Vegan Gluten-Free Chocolate Sauce
1/4 cup cacao powder (peeled cacao beans)
1/2 cup USDA Certified Raw Organic honey
Blend until very smooth in Vitamix Blender
Chill in refrigerator or serve warm.
Pour sauce over fresh berries or use as chocolate topping.
I'm not a huge fan of agave due to immoral behavior of the farmers but if you can find a certified product and use only on special occasions for certain recipes and taste!
